Fairfax Tires is a DBA of Precise ADAS LLC. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to the terms below.

Our Services

Fairfax Tires provides mobile tire services, including free tread inspections, new tire sourcing and installation, installation of customer-supplied tires, flat repair, rotation and balance, seasonal tire changeovers, and TPMS sensor diagnostics, performed at the customer's home or office.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by text, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time, including tire size and vehicle details you provide. Final pricing may vary if an in-person inspection reveals different tire specifications or additional service is required. We will always confirm final pricing with you before beginning any paid work. Free inspections do not obligate you to purchase any service.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on technician and tire availability in your area. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect our ability to offer future appointments.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of scheduling.

Warranty

Workmanship on installations, rotations, balances, and repairs performed by Fairfax Tires is warrantied for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, against defects in our labor. Tires themselves are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, not by Fairfax Tires. This warranty does not cover damage caused by road hazards, misuse, accidents, normal wear, or work performed by other shops after our service.

Limitation of Liability

Fairfax Tires is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions unrelated to the tires or wheels, or for issues arising from a customer's decision to decline recommended service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Fairfax Tires related to your service request. See our Privacy Policy for full details on SMS communications and how we handle your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
